TeamShield Group was founded by leaders with backgrounds in management consulting, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and business transformation who recognized a significant gap in the market.

The founders of TeamShield spent their careers helping organizations navigate complex business and technology challenges while leading transformation initiatives inside some of the world’s most respected organizations.
One founder began his career at Cisco before founding Aqueduct Technologies, a technology services firm that grew into an Inc. 500 company and was recognized among the MSP 100. Following a successful exit, he brought decades of experience helping organizations improve operational performance, reduce risk, scale technology platforms, and create enterprise value. Another founder built his career at McKinsey before holding leadership positions at EMC, Dell Technologies, RSA, Genesys, and venture-backed technology companies. He led large-scale business transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence, growth, organizational effectiveness, and technology modernization, and earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Andrea Marini
Andrea Marini is a business transformation executive with more than two decades of experience helping organizations improve operational performance, accelerate growth, and execute large-scale transformation initiatives.
Prior to co-founding TeamShield Group, Andrea held leadership positions at McKinsey, EMC, Dell Technologies, RSA, Genesys, and venture-backed technology organizations. At Genesys, he led transformation initiatives supporting the company’s transition to a SaaS operating model, including customer migration strategies, operating model redesign, executive governance, and process excellence programs. At Dell Technologies, he led transformation and operational initiatives across a multi-billion-dollar services organization.
Andrea holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Chris Jennings
Chris Jennings is a technology entrepreneur and business leader with decades of experience helping organizations leverage technology to improve performance, reduce risk, and support growth.
Prior to co-founding TeamShield Group, Chris founded Aqueduct Technologies, a technology services firm that grew into an Inc. 500 company and was recognized among the MSP 100. Following a successful exit, Chris continued helping organizations navigate cybersecurity, technology operations, managed services, and digital transformation initiatives.
Chris began his career at Cisco and has spent his career helping organizations align technology investments with business objectives while building high-performing teams and scalable technology organizations.
